What is Happiness?

 

Happiness is when we feel any positive emotion.

When we feel love, we are happy.

When we give, we feel happy.

When we grow beyond our limitations, we feel happy.

When we feel joy, we are happy.

When we achieve, we feel happy.

When we connect, we feel happy.

When we follow what we feel is right, we are happy.

 

When we act in line with what we truly want, we feel Happy.

 

Our emotions are messages.

Emotions that feel good are simply telling us to do more of what is making us happy.

Negative emotions are simply saying, stop doing or thinking about what is making you feel this way.
